The SV Series servo turret is designed for CNC lathes and turning machines requiring fast tool indexing, strong hydraulic locking and stable performance under heavy cutting loads.

An internal servo motor drives the tool disc and supports bidirectional rotation and nearest-tool selection, helping shorten non-cutting time during production. A three-piece precision Hirth coupling and hydraulic locking system provide accurate positioning, reliable clamping and high rigidity.


SV300, SV320 and SV380 models are available with 4, 5 or 6 tool stations for different machine sizes and machining requirements.

Main Features of SV Series Heavy Duty Servo Turret

  • Fast bidirectional indexing
    The servo-driven indexing system automatically selects the shortest rotation path to the next tool position, reducing tool-change time.

  • Compact internal servo motor
    The servo motor is integrated into the turret body, helping reduce installation space and improve structural reliability.

  • High-rigidity hydraulic locking
    The hydraulic locking mechanism provides clamping forces from 7,800 to 13,300 kgf, making the turret suitable for medium- and heavy-duty turning.

  • Precision Hirth coupling
    A three-piece precision face gear coupling provides an indexing accuracy of ±4 arc seconds and repeatability of ±1.6 arc seconds.

  • High-load reduction mechanism
    The precision reduction system delivers stable transmission, lower operating noise and high torque capacity.

  • Flexible tool station options
    Depending on the selected model, the SV Series can be configured with 4, 5 or 6 tool stations.

  • Servo turret controller available
    A dedicated controller can be supplied for CNC turret operation control and real-time status monitoring.

How to Select the Correct SV Servo Turret


Confirm the Turret Center Height

The Hydraulic Clamping Servo Turret center height must align with the spindle centerline. SV300 and SV320 have a center height of 125 mm, while SV380 has a center height of 160 mm.

Select the Required Tool Stations

SV300 supports 4, 5 or 6 tools. SV320 and SV380 are generally available with 5 or 6 tool stations. Select the configuration according to the number of tools required by the machining program.

Check the Required Clamping Force

For heavier cutting loads and larger workpieces, select a model with higher clamping force. SV380 provides the highest clamping force within the series.

Confirm Installation Dimensions

Check the turret body dimensions, mounting interface, tool disc dimensions, hydraulic connections and available machine space before ordering.

Check the Control System

The servo motor, turret controller, electrical signals and CNC control system must be confirmed to ensure successful installation and operation.
