Product Features:

Hydraulic cylinder built-in machinery, free of hydraulic rotary cylinder.

Strong grip, heavy cutting, body accuracy of less than 0.01mm, clamping accuracy of about 0.03mm (end face 20mm).

The chuck body is integrally formed, with strong rigidity, high precision and strict dustproof design, which ensures the service life of the bearing.

The aluminum alloy cylinder body is light in weight, good in heat dissipation, and effectively reduces the temperature.

The power source can be used with air pressure or hydraulic pressure. This chuck can be used for internal or external clamping.

Product Suitability:

Applicable to general precision pipe shaft cutting, inner and outer diameter turning and end face machining.

Precautions:

Insufficient water resistance, do not use cutting fluid.
