Product Features:

1.This chuck adopts internal rubber collet, with dust and iron chip resistance. The body precision is within 0.005 mm, and clamping precision is within 0.015 mm.

2.Integrated structure made of heat-treated steel. Bearings bear no load, featuring high rotational speed, long service life and low temperature rise.

3.Bidirectional power drive forcibly opens the collet to avoid workpiece jamming. The chuck enters self-locking state once air supply is cut off.

4.Direct flange connection to spindle for quick and easy installation. It can be linked to machine tool control system via 3-point combined air valve.

5.Quick collet replacement for easy product changeover. The collet will not retract, enabling stable control of workpiece length.
