Product Introduction:
1.The JA series hollow air rotary cylinder is a high-performance double-piston rotary cylinder.
2.It delivers powerful double-piston push/pull force with minimal air leakage.
3.Specially designed to drive CNC 3-jaw chucks or collet chucks.
4.The rotary cylinder drives the front-mounted chuck via air pressure, with two operation modes: forward push and backward pull.
5.The air rotary cylinder generates no heat when running at high speed.
6.Built-in self-locking function prevents workpieces from falling off if air supply is cut off.
Product Application:
1.Model suffix "D" stands for backward pull type, while "P" stands for forward push type.
2.Maximum through-hole diameter: Φ42.
3.Mounted via rear flange connection.
4.Universally applicable to clamping drive assemblies of small & medium CNC lathes.
5.Simplifies and speeds up the clamping drive modification of conventional machine tools.
6.Custom piston stroke can be extended up to 25 mm.
