Product Details

Product Features:

1.Built-in hydraulic structure, no separate hydraulic rotary cylinder required (sealed cylinder, compatible with both air and hydraulic pressure).

2.Clamping accuracy: 0.05 ~ 0.1 mm (measured at 10 mm from the end face).

3.Forced release mechanism prevents workpiece jamming; tight dustproof design fully protects bearings to extend service life.

4.Pneumatic version enables fast clamping and releasing, suitable for all cutting operations.

5.Simple structure design with high efficiency and low cost. The aluminum alloy cylinder body is lightweight and delivers excellent heat dissipation to reduce operating temperature.

Product Application Scope:

1.Suitable for cutoff, internal & external turning and end face machining of standard-precision tubular and shaft workpieces.

2.Compatible with air and hydraulic pressure. The difference between air and hydraulic versions lies in cylinder size and required air output force.

3.Over-fatigue operation may cause collet fracture, which could eject parts and cause personal injury. A protective cover must be installed during operation.

Notes:This product has poor waterproof performance. Do not expose it to pressurized cutting fluid for extended periods.
