1. This situation usually occurs after the tool holder is repaired, and it is a new problem caused
by the repair. One possibility is that the magnetic block is in the wrong position; another
possibility is the connection problem of the circuit in the tool holder.
2. The magnetic block of some tool holders is in the upper cover of the tool holder.
At this time, the position of the upper cover after the repair cannot be installed casually.
Generally, it is marked for the subsequent installation before the repair. Of course, the
position of the upper cover can also be changed after the repair to find its correct position.
3. The problem of the tool holder circuit cannot generally be solved by simply changing the
position of the magnetic block. Now you can only change the position of the terminal head.
As a repairer, you must pay attention to the correct position of each terminal head in the
tool holder before repair. Some repairers think that seeing the instructions printed in the
tool holder, you can figure out the wiring sequence of each line marked. In fact, this is not enough.
In addition to the sequence, you must also pay attention to which wire pile the connector is
connected to. Generally, when you know the sequence of each line, mark the corresponding
two wire heads with buckles and other means.
