1. Since the tool holder can run continuously, the possibility of mechanical 

failure is small, and the main inspection is from the electrical aspect.

2. Check whether the arrival signal is sent. If there is no arrival signal, it is a fault of the transmitter.

3. Check whether the elastic contact of the transmitter is worn, whether the ground wire of the 

transmitter is broken, poor contact or missing. At this time, it is necessary to replace the elastic 

sheet contact or repair it, and perform line troubleshooting according to the contact condition 

of the relay in the line, the contact condition of the arrival switch, and the line connection condition.
