Requirements for using pneumatic chucks
1. During daily operation, operators should carefully verify that the chuck jaw screws are securely tightened and that the air pressure is normal.
Use clean, stable compressed air, maintaining the supply pressure within the 0.3–0.8 MPa range.
2. Clean the sliding parts of the chuck regularly to ensure proper operation, and inspect wear-prone components for signs of wear, replacing them when necessary.
3. When replacing worn jaw rollers, simply make minor adjustments to the eccentric shafts at both ends of the jaws to restore factory-standard precision.
4. During use, perform regular cleaning and maintenance on the jaw slider surfaces and friction surfaces as specified in the manual, and apply grease to all designated lubrication points.
5. When connecting electrical control components, pay attention to the solenoid valve coil voltage and ensure the correct voltage is applied to avoid damaging the electrical system.
6. If the chuck will not be used for an extended period, it is recommended to remove any clamped workpieces to prevent external forces from affecting the chuck's precision.
