Chuck Safety Instructions

Jun. 20, 2025

Before daily work, check whether the clamping screws of the clamping jaws are tightened, whether the size of the clamping jaws is consistent with the workpiece;

whether the air source pressure is normal, please use clean and stable compressed air, and the air pressure should be controlled between 0.4MPa-1MPa.

It is forbidden to use it beyond the range; the use of air pipes with a pressure greater than 1.6MPa will affect the performance and increase safety hazards.

During the use of the chuck, the guide rails should be lubricated and maintained, and maintenance should be carried out strictly according to the instructions of the refueling points.

Cleaning and maintenance should be performed every shift. When the chuck is not used for a long time, try to keep the chuck in an unloaded state.

For the electrical control part, pay attention to the solenoid valve voltage according to the time.

The voltage configured for this chuck is DC24V. When the workpiece size is close to the limit size of the chuck,

it is not suitable to use the maximum rated speed of the chuck to operate, and it should be appropriately reduced.

 The chuck is not allowed to operate at overspeed. It is forbidden to turn off the air source or press the release button when the chuck is running,

and the machine tool protective cover should be closed when running at high speed. The power supply and air source must be turned off when installing and removing the chuck.
